TOU Tiered Ultra-Low Overnight

Under Time-of-Use pricing, the price you pay for electricity depends on when you use it. With the Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) Rate, customers who use the majority of their electricity at night can lower their costs by shifting their consumption until after 11pm. Under Tiered pricing, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price, and once that limit it exceeded, a higher price applies
